Payment Policy

At themonkeyhouse.com, we ensure secure and hassle-free payment options for our customers across India.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)

Net Banking (all major banks)

Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.)

Wallet Payments (Paytm, Amazon Pay, etc.)

Cash on Delivery (COD) – available on select pin codes.

2. Payment Security

All online transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways.

We do not store your card details or sensitive payment information on our servers.

3. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (except for COD orders).

You will receive a confirmation email/SMS after payment is completed.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only on eligible orders and pin codes.

Additional COD handling charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

Please ensure availability of exact cash at the time of delivery.

5. Refunds

Refunds for prepaid orders (in case of returns/cancellations) will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after processing.

For COD returns, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI once bank details are shared by the customer.

6. Payment Issues

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days.
