At themonkeyhouse.com, we value our customers and strive to provide the best shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return, exchange, or refund under the terms below.
1. Return & Exchange Window
Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Returns/exchanges are not applicable on clearance/sale items unless they are defective or damaged.
3. Return/Exchange Charges
A ₹120 return/exchange delivery fee will apply if the return is due to reasons other than our mistake (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind, etc.).
If the error is from our side (wrong product, defective/damaged item), the return/exchange will be free of charge.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item passes our quality check.
The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI once the customer shares their details.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased under final sale/discounted offers (unless damaged/defective).
Accessories, innerwear, and hygiene-sensitive items.
6. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, contact our support team via email/phone with your order ID and reason for return.
Our team will provide the return instructions and arrange pickup where available.
